How Much Does It Cost to Join Always Trying Racing Syndicate?

We believe racehorse ownership should be affordable and accessible to everyone.

Memberships currently start from just £75 per year, giving you the opportunity to experience the excitement of racehorse ownership at a fraction of the cost of owning a horse outright.

We also offer larger ownership shares in selected horses for members looking for greater involvement.

Can Anyone Join Always Trying Racing Syndicate?

Absolutely.

You don't need any previous experience of horse racing or racehorse ownership to become a member.

Many of our members joined with little or no knowledge of the sport. We provide regular updates, explain everything clearly and make sure every member feels part of the team from day one.

Whether you're completely new to racing or a lifelong fan, you'll receive a warm welcome.

Do I Own Part of the Horse?

Yes, depending on the membership or ownership package you choose.

Some of our horses are offered through affordable annual memberships, while others provide larger ownership shares with a greater level of involvement.

Full details are clearly shown on each horse's page before you join, so you'll always know exactly what your membership includes.

What Do I Receive as a Member?

Membership gives you the opportunity to experience racehorse ownership from the inside.

Do I Need Any Previous Racing Experience?

Not at all.

Our syndicate is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced racehorse owners.

We'll guide you through everything and explain how racehorse ownership works.

Will I Get to Visit the Horses?

Yes.

Throughout the year we organise stable visits where members can meet the horses, trainers and stable staff while seeing first-hand how racehorses are prepared for the track.

Can I Attend Race Days?

Yes.

When your horse runs, members have the opportunity to apply for owners' and trainers' badges, subject to the racecourse allocation.

Even when badges are limited, many members enjoy meeting at the races to support the horses together.

What Happens If My Horse Wins?

If your horse wins, every member shares in the excitement of celebrating together.

Depending on your membership, you may also receive your share of any prize money, while everyone enjoys following the horse's progress throughout its racing career.

For many members, standing in the winner's enclosure alongside the trainer, jockey and fellow owners is an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of racehorse ownership.

Do Members Receive Prize Money?

Yes.

Where applicable, members receive their share of prize money in accordance with the terms of their membership.

Who Trains the Horses?

Our horses are trained by:

Donald McCain – Grand National-winning trainer.
Julie Camacho – Group 1-winning trainer.

Both trainers have outstanding reputations for developing and campaigning racehorses at the highest level.

How Often Will I Receive Updates?

Members receive regular communication throughout the season, including:

Training updates
Race entries
Race results
Stable news
Important announcements
